Dear Party of Nine,

WOW. WOW. WOW. Where do we even begin?
Our wedding reception was amazing thanks to you! Since we live in Florida, but had our wedding in Buffalo, we were both unable to come and hear your band live, in person, before our wedding. We sent our parents and friends out to listen to you, and they raved and said you were great... but we didn't know for sure until we heard you ourselves on our wedding night. What an amazing choice we made. PO9 IS OUTSTANDING!!!

Most importantly, I wanted to tell you that we did consider another band. They are pretty popular 11-piece band in the Western NY area. We ended up choosing you for our wedding on September 5, 2009. I just wanted to say that a friend of ours chose the "other" band for their wedding on July 11, 2009. WE DIDN'T HAVE NEARLY AS MUCH FUN AT THAT WEDDING THAN WE DID WITH YOU GUYS PLAYING!!! They had 500 guests at their wedding, and only about 20 people were out on the dance floor at a time. The music they played was NOT dancable, and they were NOT good at getting the party started.
YOU GUYS -- on the other hand -- had almost ALL of my 200 guests on the dance floor at ALL TIMES during the wedding!

I had guests coming up to me at the wedding asking for your cards, saying that they've NEVER seen a band who kept people on the dance floor all night!!!! Out of all the compliments we had at the wedding, the majority were for our choice of band. And not only were the compliments coming from the older crowd, but also from our younger friends. Seriously, we have never seen a band able to keep 20-somethings AND 50-somethings on the dance floor, together, for the whole night!!!

Overall, we had SO much fun at the wedding. The music was amazing, and it was wonderful that you even learned our "first dance" song for us so that we didn't have to play the CD!!! If anyone is waivering on booking you for a band at their wedding or function, please give them my contact information and I'd love to tell them all about you. Right from the very beginning, over 8 months before my wedding, you were in constant communication with me -- which makes a bride very comfortable knowing that you are there for her!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! You made our wedding reception so much fun. When we think back to that night, we just smile :)
