Ed Burger is a savvy and seasoned professional in the Western New York music scene. His playing is expressive and represents years of development steeped in rock, blues, folk, funk, country, and jazz. On stage, he is at once captivating, intoxicating and inspiring. Ed began playing guitar at age 12 and by 16 was gigging on a regular basis in the Motown/pop/dance band Person to Person. In the 1990's he helped form the alt/party rock band Toast! and was a main stay with the group until 2007, when he joined forces with The Carl Motyka Band.
